“It is commonly known that children at the age of two demand to go buy toys or go to the grocery store to buy sweets. However, Naya lived a life of displacement and deprivation of her simplest rights, even her right to use the bathroom or play in her own house and sleep in her room.”
She was the cherished child and the youngest in the family. She was nicknamed Naya. She was two years and three months old.
She adored her demolished house, and after that, she was displaced with her family to Rafah. She was upset because she was attached to her belongings.
The hardships we faced during the war period forced Naya to wear diapers, but she strongly refused. She would cry and ask to use the bathroom because she loved to rely on herself. Naya liked to eat her food on her own. All of this at such a young age.
She was a beautiful child who loved life, but on December 24th, Naya was martyred, leaving me, her mother, her siblings, and the whole world behind. Farewell, my angel.
