Martyr Date: December 13, 2023

Abdul Karim worked for Al-Mayadeen Channel. His friend, Mohammed Al-Zaanin, says about him, “You lived as a gentle and calm person, and you departed silently. I deeply lament your departure, my brother, with your cheerful face, light tongue, and beautiful character. You were my companion on the path. If you hadn’t hastened your departure and completed your dream and journey, farewell, Abdul Karim, a beautiful martyr by the will of the Almighty. O Lord, grant his family patience and solace, and grant us a good end.”

On December 13, 2023, Abdul Karim Awda was martyred in the Israeli attack on Gaza.
